Wiggly Worship is our “Parent Supervised Nursery” for children ages 0-2. Children will have open play, time in God’s word, an age appropriate story, sensory play related to the story, and singing time. Because of our COVID-19 protocols, at least one parent is asked to stay with each child.
Children’s Worship is provided for children aged 3 and 4 years old where. This meaningful, age appropriate worship is available every Sunday in rooms 105 and 106. During Children’s worship, trained leaders teach the truths of the Bible through stories, songs, and sensory play. The children begin the worship service in the sanctuary with their parents and leave midway through the service until 10:45. They are assisted by helpers and hall monitors who aid them in getting to the correct room.
Kid’s Hope is a mentoring program in the Allendale Elementary School District in which a mentor is paired with an at-risk student for the school year. The mentor meets with their student for one hour, one day a week to help with academics, support their needs, play games, and build friendships. During the program year, we schedule various activities here at Bauer CRC to incorporate teaching about Christ’s love for them into the program.

The Prayer Shawl Ministry is a group of women who meet weekly to knit shawls that are given to people who are in crisis situations due to medical, emotional or other circumstances. The shawl is knitted with prayer for the recipient and is prayed over before it is given. It is intended to be a physical expression of the love of Jesus and the love we have for one another. The shawls are given to individuals or organizations as needed. Anyone with the ability to knit and a heart for the hurting are welcome to join us.
